In 2005, the Town of Ruston approved Ordinance 952, which adopted the Washington State Department of Transportation's Standard Specifications and Standard Plans for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, (and any amendments made thereto), to be used as the Town's Public Works Standards.  To view a complete copy of the most recently adopted version of the public works standards, please download the file below, or visit the WSDOT website.
