Pre-Application Conferences

Pre-Application Conferences are typically scheduled on the first Tuesday of the month, on a first come first serve basis. Only complete applications will be processed and schedule confirmed. If you have any questions please contact the Permit Service Center at (253) 759-3544 option 4.

Conditional Use Permit

Conditional use permit is a mechanism by which the City may require specific conditions on development or the use of land to ensure that designated uses or activities are compatible with other uses in the same zone and in the vicinity of the subject property.
